The only exception is when changing your mobile number – you can find further information on how to do this below.
Please note that you should always provide us with correct information, during and after registration. However, if you made a typo or a mistake when entering your address, or if your name or Surname has changed, please contact our Customer Care team. We will also require you to provide us with a valid form of identification, so our Verification Team can update your details.
You can upload your documents here. Please note that we're unable to accept documents via Chat for security reasons.
If you've recently been married or divorced, please upload the relevant marriage certificate, divorce certificate, or other court records showing your birth name and current name. You can upload these documents using our Document Upload function.
If you want to change or update your mobile number, log in to your account and use the drop-down menu in the top-left to select 'Account', then 'My Profile'. Here you can select the pen icon next to your current mobile number to update it.
