How to change your personal details.
Please note that you should always provide us with correct information, during and after registration. However, if you made a typo or a mistake when entering your address, or if your name or Surname has changed, please contact our Customer Care team. We will also require you to provide us with a valid form of identification, so our Verification Team can update your details.
We may require proof of ID, proof of address, and depending on the situation, other documents may be requested accordingly.

If you've recently been married or divorced, please upload the relevant marriage certificate, divorce certificate, or other court records showing your birth name and current name. You can upload these documents using our Document Upload function, or by contacting us via chat and email.
If you want to change or update your mobile number, log in to your account and use the drop-down menu in the top-left to select 'Account', then 'My Profile'. Here you can select the pen icon next to your current mobile number to update it.
