To change or remove a payment method, you'll need to speak with our Customer Care team via live chat or email.
You may be prompted to make a withdrawal to a specific payment method. This is due to the closed-loop policy. The ‘Closed Loop’ policy means that whatever method you use to deposit, you must then use to withdraw until the total amount you have deposited has been withdrawn.
