When you make a 'Direct Bank Transfer' withdrawal, the funds are usually credited to your bank account 3-5 business days after we have approved your request.
If this time frame has been exceeded, please check that the bank details you registered on your MERKUR SLOTS account are correct and up to date.
If your withdrawal doesn’t reach your bank account within the expected timeframe, we will need you to provide a bank statement from the date the withdrawal was made, up to and including the present date. That will allow us to follow up on the issue with the provider.
It is important to make sure that these details are visible:

The bank's mailing address (for paper statements) or the bank's URL (for online statements)
Important: If your bank statement shows your full account number, edit the image and mask that information before sending it to us. Otherwise, we won't be able to process your document and we'll have to delete it for security reasons.
If 5 business days have not already passed from the date we approved your withdrawal we won't be able to investigate until that period has been exceeded.
