How can I set or change a play reminder?
To set a play reminder, log in to your account, and use the drop-down menu in the top-left to select 'Account', then 'Safer Gambling Tools'.
Next to 'Play Reminders', you'll see a pen icon. Select this and you'll be asked to choose an interval and to confirm it.
You can select a Play Reminder every 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or you can cancel the play reminders altogether. Once selected we’ll send you a pop-up at your selected interval.
If you wish to receive the alerts more often, then any changes will be applied straight away, but if you wish to receive the alerts less often you will need to wait 24 hours before this is applied.
Once your selected interval has been reached while playing continuously, you'll receive a pop-up notification that gives you the option to continue playing, view your account history, or close the game.
